Return Policy

At Replica Gallery, we strive to satisfy our customer's needs. We offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All returned items must be sent back within 10 days after order is received. You will only be able to return three items no matter the quantity of your order.  Items that are to be returned must be in its original shape, free of any defect, including but not limited to stained, scratched or torn parts. All of our merchandise is inspected thoroughly before being shipped. Only items with tags and plastic wraps still attached can be exchanged (this is regarding purses only.)

There is a 15% percent restocking fee unless item is damaged. Refunded Items will be subjected to all shipping charges.  Sale items, clearance or items purchased at wholesale are not included in this return policy and are nonrefundable.
