Items that are to be returned must be in its original shape, free of any defect, including but not limited to stained, scratched or torn parts. All of our merchandise is inspected thoroughly before being shipped. Only items with tags and plastic wraps still attached can be exchanged (this is regarding purses and sunglasses only.)
